Rack up cardio mileage all yar to a heathier your! The Miles 2020 Club runs from January, 1 2020 through December, 31 2020. Prizes awarded for reaching 500 and 1000 mile benchmarks!
Miles can be gained by one of the four activites below:
- Treadmill = Actual mileage
- Bike: Every 3 miles = 1 Miles Club mile
- Stair Stepper: 1 mile = 2 Miles Club miles
- Row Machine: 500m = 1/4 Miles Club mile
- Elliptical = Actual mileage
- Cross Trainer/ Precor = Actual mileage
- Group Exercise Class: 1 class = 2.5 Miles Club miles
