Yorktown - 2020 Miles Club

Rack up cardio mileage all yar to a heathier your! The Miles 2020 Club runs from January, 1 2020 through December, 31 2020. Prizes awarded for reaching 500 and 1000 mile benchmarks! 

Miles can be gained by one of the four activites below:

  • Treadmill = Actual mileage
  • Bike: Every 3 miles = 1 Miles Club mile
  • Stair Stepper: 1 mile = 2 Miles Club miles
  • Row Machine: 500m = 1/4 Miles Club mile
  • Elliptical = Actual mileage
  • Cross Trainer/ Precor = Actual mileage
  • Group Exercise Class: 1 class = 2.5 Miles Club miles
